If you experience any issues with your P25 radio equipment, please use the form below to contact us.  After completing the form, please call the Supervisor's line at (570) 819-4923.

If the issue regards coverage, please be specific as possible when completing the location information box.  If equipment is damaged or in need of repair, please be as descriptive as possible in the box marked other.  A member of Luzerne County 9-1-1 will contact you as soon as possible. 

 

If a radio is lost or stolen -

Notify the 9-1-1 Center IMMEDIATELY by telephone: (570) 819-4923.
